Contrast Strips
Ecoglo®’s luminous strips for stairs can be installed on concrete, wood and metal stairs. Using Ecoglo®’s recommended premium polyurethane adhesive, these photoluminescent strips can be permanently installed in any stairs that are required by code to have luminous egress path markings. The strength of the adhesive and rigidity of the product result in a safe, reliable, long-lasting installation.
Flat Stair Nosings
Like Ecoglo®’s other photoluminescent stair nosings, our flat stair nosings enhance egress speeds by providing step edge visibility.
Our photoluminescent stair nosings can be installed on a variety of substrates, including concrete, tiles, steel, checker plate, resilient flooring, as well as thin carpeted stairs, using adhesive and mechanical fasteners or adhesive only.

Cast-In-Place Stair Nosings
Ecoglo®’s Photoluminescent Cast-In-Place Stair Nosings significantly reduce the risk of slip and fall accidents. Apart from enhancing step edge visibility, this line of photoluminescent stair nosings is installed flush with the concrete surface. By installing these products into wet-set concrete, a smooth transition is created between the product and the stair, resulting in a safer step.

Tile Nosings
Ecoglo®’s tile nosings are available in two different sizes to ensure a luminous stair nosing that works with your property and enhances egress speeds. The M4.10 tile nosing profile is compatible with tiles that are between 3/16” and 11/32”, and the M4.125 tile nosing profile is compatible with tiles that are between 3/8” and 1/2”.
