F4-N20 Non-Slip Step Edge Flat Stair Nosing

The F4-N20 Non-Slip Anodized Stair Nosings provide step edge color contrast, long-lasting anti-slip protection and beautiful appearance. The F4-N20 provide an affordable way to renovate and modernize stairways and improve stairway safety. They also can be used on a range of substrates including concrete, timber, tiles, steel, checker plate, and thin carpeted stairs. These anti-slip stair nosings can be applied using a combination of adhesive and mechanical fasteners, or adhesive alone.

Step Edge Safety
  • The color contrasting the non-slip material provides step edge visibility.
Engineered for Durability
  • The hard-wearing silicon carbide non-slip material is integrally bonded to the aluminum substrate. Thousands of people can walk on it with no signs of wear and tear.
  • The thick anodized finish is aesthetically pleasing, prevents corrosion, and is extremely hard and abrasion resistant. The anodized aluminum surface is harder than pure aluminum, second only to diamonds hard crystalline structure.
For Indoor Use and Outdoor Use
  • Tested to accelerated UV/weathering exposure, Salt Spray Resistance, Freeze-Thaw Resistance and Washability. Ecoglo products easily passed with excellent results.

General Information

  • Install with polyurethane adhesive and mechanical fasteners, or adhesive only.
  • Supplied with pre-drilled holes. Includes stainless steel fasteners and concrete nylon anchors. Standard location is 2″ from each end and approx. 12″ apart.
  • Available in cut to length sizes. (Tolerance +or- 1/8”) Standard lengths are 8ft and 10ft.
  • Inserts Attached or Unattached – Unattached is recommended for on-site cutting. Inserts are installed with a premium polyurethane adhesive.
  • Weight: 0.462 lbs/ft.

Aluminum Finish:
  • 6063-T5 Aluminum, Mill Finish or with Clear or Black Anodized Finish. (Anodized to Type 2, Class 1. 20 microns thickness)
  • Light Bronze and, Dark Bronze Anodize finishes are available at an additional cost
